Research interests

I use electrophysiological and optogenetic techniques in the mouse to investigate how behavioral states alter auditory processing, with emphasis on social interaction. I also use a variety of techniques, including intracellular recordings in freely behaving mice, to study how cortical circuits are organized to represent complex acoustic information relevant to communication
