Scalabrino Receives 2019 Duke Postdoctoral Awards for Professional Development

The Duke Office of Postdoctoral Services, with support from the Vice Provost for Research and the Vice Dean for Basic Sciences, announced the winners of the 2019 Postdoctoral Awards for Professional DevelopmentMiranda Scalabrino was one of five winners. She will use the award to attend the course "Vision: A Platform for Linking Circuits, Perception and Behavior" at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.

These awards are designed to support postdocs' professional development needs by providing reimbursement for activities that directly enhance the individual's professional growth. Such activities include, but are not limited to, conference travel, workshop attendance, and purchase of lab materials.
